Cagayan de Oro City – More than two dozens of abandoned and neglected children from House of Joy here received school supplies from Big B’s group,a big bike riding enthusiasts from this city who has a good heart in giving out support to neediest.
House of Joy is a temporary shelter founded by a group of Italian missionary sisters in year 2003 at Gusa and now found a new home with the help of some philanthropist in the city and had already its own house in Barangay Camaman-an this city since 2005.
The children received school bags loaded with supplies and aside from that, Big B’s riders gave also milk and foods to recipients last Saturday,August 20.
Founded by Jefferson M.Bulahan three months ago,the group has now grown almost a hundred members lead by its President Eugine Resma.
In an interview,LM Mandahuyan invites Kagay-anon big bike enthusiasts to join them in their crusade not just for their advocacy in safety driving but also community services to our less fortunate individuals specially children. The community service was attended also by the wives and children of Big B’s members and the members of Philippine National Police(PNP).
