About 70 COVID positive patients in the isolation center, in one of the remote villages in the city, were jolted from their half-sleep when objects start flying in the isolation wards about 10:41 Monday evening when an Intensity IV quake struck Cagayan de Oro City. Philvocs traced the epicenter to the municipal town of Kadilingan, Bukidnon with Intensity 5.9. Two interval mild aftershocks were felt at 10:53 pm and 11:03 pm.
