Paolo Duterte said his now supporting Davao City 3rd District Rep. Isidro Ungab, who was also openly endorsed by his sister Sara Duterte of Hugpong ng Pagbabago, the regional political party of Sara.

He said in a statement "The President has also been fully informed of Rep. Ungab’s participation in the race for the next Speaker of the House of Representatives."
