MMC takes its CSR to higher level

CAMIGUIN--Mambajao Multi-purpose Coop (MMC), the island’s homegrown  cooperative  is always on the go in fulfiliing its  corporate social obligations.  

General Manager Cora Nimfa G. Vivar said MMC Management supports through the years various LGU programs like Natural Disaster Drills, Coastal Clean Up, Tree planting, and other community-based outreach programs.

With the theme “Golden Success   Amidst Challenges," MMC is set to celebrate its 50th founding anniversary on March 21, 2020.

Board of Directors  Chair Emegdio N. Iroy disclosed  that as MMC   prepares the golden year, it remained upbeat and focused  on the mission and vision to become a billionaire coop in the years ahead.

To achieve that goal, MMC maintains  an effective smooth flow of its business operations, Iroy said.

MMC plans to expand its areas of operations in the province and in the mainland by putting up business centers.

To back up this plan, MMC maintains a well-trained pool of personnel to implement the policies set forth for its operations year-round.

To pump up the golen celebration, MMC will be giving souvenir items for its Associate and Regular Members.

MMC Management will also hold  RAFFLE Promo to both Members and Non-Members.

Some 50 assorted consolation appliances worth one thousand pesos (Php 1,000); 3 SHARP REFRIGIRATOR for 3rd prize; 2 HONDA WAVE MOTORCYCLE for 2nd prize and a BRAND NEW SUZUKI ALTO for the 1st prize winner are up for grab during the much awaited celebration.

Mambajao Multipurpose Cooperative will still focus on its mission, vision and its goal to be a billionaire coop in the years to come.

MMC’s desire is to maintain and achieve an effective smooth flow of its business operations.  It is mandated to have a well-trained pool of personnel to implement the policies set forth, for its operation.

MMC has nine Board of Directors headed by Dir. Emigdio N. Iroy – Chairperson; Dir. Josefina A. Ebarle, Ph.D – Vice Chairperson; Dir. Amelita B. Ros; Dir. Mercedes Isidora S. Marquez; Dir. Senesia M. Chan; Dir. Sarah Mariza S. Rañin; Dir. Nicolas A. Martho and Dir. Wilfredo T. Noguera.
