THE city of Cagayan de Oro has been selected recently as recipient of 5000 grocery packs intended for our kababayans who have been continuously experiencing hardship brought by the Covid-19 pandemic. This charitable initiative was made possible by Pitmaster Foundation under the strong leadership of Atty. Caroline Cruz and thru the tireless efforts of City Councilor Girlie Balaba. Pitmaster Foundation is the support organization of the United Association of Cockpit Owners and Operators of the Philippines (UACOOP). Although the group has been affected by the imposition of community quarantine nationwide, Pitmaster Foundation remains steadfast in its core mission in extending valuable assistance to poverty-stricken Filipinos across the country. During the said gift-giving, the following Pitmaster Foundation Volunteers were also in attendance, namely: Arjo Atayde, Paula Ortega, Nika Ira Ropa, Grace Ibuna, and Shane Tormes.
